Body image and self perceptions are very difficult to deal with. That is the main reason Karen and I started this blog, to help people realize that no matter what a belly looks like, it is beautiful! When it came time for me to take a picture of my belly, I fretted ALL weekend about it and this is my project. No, you are not crazy. Many, many women don’t like parts of their bodies. One helpful thing to do might be to look at your belly/body in the mirror and give yourself a great big hug. This probably won’t help all of your feelings about your body become positive, but it would be a start.
